Dishwasher spray-arm repair and cleaning

Blocked spray-arm jets and a clogged filter left dishes dirty. Cleared the jets, cleaned the sump and restored full wash pressure.

Dryer

Dryer-vent cleaning and reconnection

A packed, disconnected vent line was choking airflow and creating a fire risk. Cleared, reconnected and sealed the duct.

Cooktop

Cracked cooktop-glass replacement

Shattered ceramic glass top made the cooktop unsafe to use. Fitted new glass and tested every element.

Washer

Washing-machine gasket replacement

Torn door boot with mildew buildup causing leaks. Installed a new gasket and cleaned the drum housing.

Oven & Range

Oven heating-element replacement

A cracked bake element left the oven baking unevenly. Replaced with a manufacturer-approved part and recalibrated the temperature.

Refrigerator

Refrigerator condenser cleaning

Heavy dust and lint on the condenser coils was making the compressor run hot. Cleaned and serviced, cooling returned to normal.
