Problems we fix
Oven won't heat at all
Failed bake element, igniter, gas safety valve or control board.
Bakes unevenly, or burns on one side
Weak element, failed convection fan, or a temperature sensor reading incorrectly.
Temperature is off from the setting
Oven sensor drift or a calibration problem — often correctable without parts.
Igniter glows but no flame
Classic weak-igniter symptom: it isn't drawing enough current to open the gas valve.
Broiler doesn't work
Broil element, relay or control board.
Oven door won't close flush or won't latch
Worn hinges, springs, or a self-clean latch that has stuck.
Error codes, or a control panel that won't respond
Control board, keypad or wiring fault.
Oven stuck locked after self-clean
A very common fault we can release and repair.
